About the event
Our Monthly Discussion Group takes place on the 4th Thursday of each month.
This month, Tony Rouse will present on the topic of “Ayurveda and Shamanism: A Journey through Natural Medicine”
Join Tony Rouse for an inspiring
talk on ancient wisdom for modern healing. With over 25 years of experience, Tony will share: an intro to Tri-Doshic theory, key herbs used in Ayurveda, how he bridges Ayurveda and shamanism, and stories from the Amazon jungle and working with the Shipibo tribe & ayahuasca. Tony studied at the California College of Ayurveda and Sri Dhanvantri College in India, where he taught, did government clinical work, and was mentored by India’s former Surgeon General of Ayurveda, Dr. Madan Gulati.
