About the event
In this talk, Dehan Elcin will review his lab’s recent findings on the physiological, neural, and behavioral effects of high-ventilation breathwork, a term encompassing breathwork techniques that involve faster-than-usual connected breathing. He will propose CO2 as a biomarker to track “dosage” or intensity of high-ventilation breathwork, to fine-tune its therapeutic application.
