About the event
In this month’s discussion group, Hans Gruenig will introduce a transformative approach to relating to our psychological parts with qualities of presence including awareness, acceptance, curiosity, deep listening, empathy, compassion, love, and appreciation. Through conversation and experiential inquiry, we’ll explore how being with and listening to our parts without an agenda can create space for healing, change, and the unfolding of new possibilities.
Hans holds an M.A. in Philosophy, Cosmology and Consciousness from the California Institute of Integral Studies and a Ph.D. in Philosophy from Tulane University, where he teaches courses on topics such as Buddhism, positive psychology, leadership, and community service.
