Beyond a Bad Trip: Nightmares and Disturbing Visions as Portals to Truth & Growth
In this experiential presentation, Natural Dreamwork practitioner and professional counselor Kezia Vida will explore the value of our nightmares or "bad trips". She will demonstrate how somatic, feelings-based dreamwork can help integrate disturbing visionary experiences in a way that encourages growth. Kezia will touch on the similarities and differences between dreams and psychedelic experiences and how they can work together to encourage transformation.
