Step into a Sacred Sweat Ceremony-- a deeply intentional space of renewal, prayer, and connection.  Guided by our devoted space holders, you’ll journey through heat, breath, and sacred stone as ancient traditions awaken the body and spirit.  Come to release, receive, and remember.

5 PM - Opening Circle & Sweat Ceremony

7 PM - Potluck

8 PM - End

Please bring a towel, blanket, change of clothes, bottle of water, and a nourishing potluck item to share. It’s a good idea to hydrate with electrolytes day of and be in a safe health condition for an intense heat experience.
