HOW TO BEST PREPARE: In the week leading up to the journey, it can be helpful to cultivate stillness through regular meditation or quiet reflection, allowing your mind and body to become more familiar with inner silence and receptive awareness — this supports a smoother entry into a trance state without distraction. Journaling beforehand about an area of your life where you seek insight or guidance from your inner wisdom can further deepen your intention and help you draw more meaning from the experience.
WHAT TO BRING: a yoga or squishy mat, blanket, pillow & eyeshades or scarf -whatever you need to rest comfortably in your own space & block light from your eyes.
